Our Main Functions

• Training and capacity building:  We sensitise young girls and boys about gender issues and potential women leaders who can promote and bring transformational change
• We conduct Capacity Building for women in health and hygiene( WASH Education) towards behavioural change in the water sector.
• Peer education programmes in WASH among school children; using them as peer educators in school health programme.
• We organize training for women to build their capacities in such areas  as Governance to help them participate in decision making that leads to poverty reduction .

Collaborating with other gender institutions mentoring young girls to take up responsible positions in development. This is in the form of reflectional seminars and public forum
