Angela is an accomplished Institutional Development and Behavior Change Communication Expert, with an outstanding record of conceptualizing and leading strategic interventions in the areas Governance, Public Health, Water & Sanitation, Community Development largely in CSO and in NGO-sector led development. She is experienced in affecting pro-poor development programs through various strategic approaches: strategic facilitation, capacity development, process-consulting, community engagement and dialogue, advocacy, promoting participatory planning and community ownership and management of development projects.

 

She has 15 years’ experience in project management with an extensive portfolio of leading the design, implementation, evaluation and assessment of sectoral and multidisciplinary national and community development programs. Angela is equally at ease working with top levels of government, donor Partners and corporate structures and community level. She is committed to promoting participatory planning and community ownership and management of development projects such health, water, sanitation hygiene, training delivery, good governance policy advocacy.

She has an in-depth understanding of country’s development issues, trends and challenges and implications to development, including critical analysis of the WASH situation in Ghana.

Angela has participated in several workshops and seminars held in Ghana and US, UK, Kenya, Tanzania, and SA to deepen her knowledge strengthen and develop her capacity in her fields of interests
