Mission & Vision

Our mission is to improve and sustain or conserve what is ‘ in useful existence ‘ and unfold what is hidden and hindering the role of girls and women, in conjunction with every person who cares, through educational programmes, employable skills development, mentoring and material support, to deprived persons and communities, wherever they are identified in the global village.

The organization is a network of people who believe that gender disparity is an injustice, which contribute to poverty and ignorance and thereby hinders development. The strength of Glowdep lies in its ability to mobilize girls/ women and boys/ men from diverse organizations to forge strategic alliance in order to advance its cause. The organization therefore seeks to achieve this through, advocacy, training and mentoring, research, Institutional development and networking.

Our vision is to ensure the sustenance of a significant number of women and girls in communities, promoting self-reliance and greater participation of women in sustainable development for equitable and meaningful co-existence
