Project Officer & Coordinator

GODSWAY-DOE FIAWORNU is a graduate from University of Ghana, Legon with a First Degree Certificate in Social Science (Information Studies and Linguistics) 2013. He is the Project Coordinator of GLOWDEP who is fluent in Ewe, English & Twi languages.

He has expertise in Community Mobilization, Facilitation and excellent Interpersonal instinct. He has acquired skills in Report Writing, Advocacy, Monitoring & Supervisory, Leadership, Marketing, Technology and Managerial roles. He is GLOWDEP’s Facilitator of the ECOWAS Veterinary Pharmaceutical Protocol in Ghana and has represented the organization in many facets including World Cocoa Foundation Conference in La Cote D’Ivoire.

As an expert in VSLA, he facilitated twenty four (24) VSLA groups in Ataase, Kasapin and Sunyani Districts and Municipality.

Between 2015 -2017, he served as the Marketing and Operational Manager of Hosanna Oil, responsible for marketing strategies for business growth and sustainability. He also acted as an HR and Trainer of Trainees/Employees.

At Adrialogical Group of Companies (an Italian Freight Forwarding Company), 2015 – 2016, he was assigned head of Marketing and Relationship roles and represented the company in all business capacities in Ghana. Served as Middleman between KWATSON West Africa, Max Mart Ltd. Furniture City etc. and shipping lines in handling their Import needs.

At University of Cape Coast (Zenith University College Campus), 2015 – 2018, he was appointed as a Part-Time Economics Tuitor/ Facilitator for Mature Entrant Students and conducted Interim Assessments and carried out Invigilation exercises.

In 2014 – 2015, Godsway served in Public Records and Archives Administration Department (PRAAD), Ghana, as Research Assistant in the Research Unit of PRAAD. He was appointed Project Coordinator in Library and Archival materials for the Axim Traditional Councils in the Western Region provinces.
